Gardening Basic Tips

  • Use fallen leaves as natural moisture retainers Beyond the beauty that symbolizes the coming of autumn, fall leaves are a wonderful and simple natural way with which you can maintain the high humidity of the private yard soil and reduce the amounts of water required for irrigation.
So a moment before you choose to clear the remnants of the leaves from the soil, collect them, crumble them into small pieces, and cover with them the soil around the various plants.

  • Pruning leaves for trees and seedlings can do a lot of good to the plant itself, proper pruning can strengthen the plant, get rid of pests, grow new branches, and more.
Excessive pruning can do the opposite, it is always good to ask a gardener or nursery owner how best to prune the branches so as not to damage the plant.
  • Sprinkle spices on the ground If you have previously planted seeds around the garden and were disappointed to find that they do not germinate, it is very possible that they suffered from various infections that prevented them from developing.
A great way to avoid such mental anguish is by spreading spices such as turmeric, cloves, mustard, and cinnamon on top of and in the soil in which you planted the seeds.
This is because these spices are considered to have antibacterial and antioxidant properties, which help in the fight against the development of various infections.
